Privacy Notice & Text Messaging Program Terms
The Church at Spring Hill is committed to protecting your privacy.
This Privacy Notice explains, in simple terms, how we handle the information you share with us, including information used for our text messaging program. By using our website at https://www.churchatspringhill.com/ or by participating in our ministries and communications, you agree to the terms of this Notice.
We collect and use information you provide to us only for church and ministry purposes. This can include contact information (such as your name, phone number, and email address), information you share in connection with services, events, or prayer requests, and your communication preferences.
We do not sell your personal information. We use third‑party service providers (such as Gloo and Planning Center) only to help us operate our ministries and communications. These providers may process information on our behalf, but they are not allowed to sell your information for their own purposes.

1. We will send messages to users including: announcements and reminders; responses to prayer requests and stories from individuals; notes of encouragement; answers to questions received; message series with devotional or other content; and periodic surveys. Periodically, we may also send messages asking users about donating towards the mission of the church. Any charitable donation messages will direct users to a separate third party to collect all donations. Donations payable through a user’s wireless carrier bill will not be not permitted.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP”, “END”, “QUIT”, “CANCEL” or “UNSUBSCRIBE” to the 10-digit telephone number. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, text “START” to opt back in and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly by emailing info@churchatspringhill.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary and will also depend on the number of times you contact us or request a response. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

7. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.*
*Federal regulations require that opt-in data obtained through text campaigns never be shared with third parties under any circumstance.
