One Final Sunday, Moving Day, and Transition Plan

by Jess Rainer on January 11, 2020

I love when my plans don't go as planned.

Why? Because I know that God is changing them for a reason that I may or may not see. And there's no other plan I want to follow than the plan God is setting out before me!

Four years ago, when I was handed the key to our current building, I had no idea that one day in the not-so-distant future, God would hand us another key to the building right next to us. But this time, we would own it!

Now, it's time to make the journey into this new ministry launchpad. There's a lot of moving parts in the coming weeks, so please take a minute to scroll through this email to get the overview.

One Final Sunday

This is our final Sunday in our current worship space. I'm looking towards Sunday with gratitude and expectancy. I'm grateful for how God has built this local church, His local church, for His glory. I'm expectant to what He has in store for us next. I hope you are planning to join us this Sunday as we raise our hands in worship one final time in our current space.

And as a heads up, we've been preparing the building for the next tenant coming in, so it will look and feel a little different than what you're used to.

Moving Day (This Sunday)

Immediately following the worship service, it's time to "pivot!" We need to move everything out of our current building into our new building. Here's the great thing: it's only about 30 feet away. Please plan to stay around after the worship service to help us move. The more people that stay, the less time it will take!

Transition Plan

Starting on Sunday, January 19th, we will temporarily meet at Northfield Conference Center (5000 Northfield Lane, Spring Hill, TN 37174) at 10am. The entrance is directly across from Rippavilla Plantation on Hwy 31. We'll have our church signs out, so you can find it easily. It's only about 5 minutes away.

We are still working out the plans for The Kids at Spring Hill. We will have a modified kids ministry while we meet temporarily at Northfield. We'll announce those details in the coming days.

According to our current projections, we will begin worshipping in our new building in February. In the meantime, please make plans to join us every Sunday at 10am at Northfield.

Whew! That was a lot of information. God is on the move in some cool ways. I can't way to see what He has next for us. Big days are ahead for The Church at Spring Hill. Be expectant!

I'll see you this Sunday!
