Weekly Update December 21st: Christmas Eve and 2018 Budget

I love making memories. And Christmas Eve has been a constant memory-maker in my life. That's why I am very excited for The Church at Spring Hill's first Christmas Eve Service this Sunday at 5pm!

It's going to be a great service. Makes plans with your family to make a new memory this year with Christmas Eve at The Church at Spring Hill. Worship will be family style, so no childcare will be provided.

Be sure to come early for a free family photo as well. As a reminder, there will be no Sunday morning service.

Also, 2018 is quickly approaching. Before the year ends, we will approve next year's budget. I really encourage you to read my letter and review the 2018 budget here.

We'll have a quick family meeting to approve the budget following the worship service on December 31st.

Jess Rainer is the Lead Pastor for The Church at Spring Hill. He has previously served on staff for three churches, two of which were new churches. He is also the co-author of the book, The Millennials. Jess received a B.S. in Finance from Murray State University and an M.A. in Christian Education from Southeastern Seminary. Jess is married to Rachel and has four children: Canon, Will (now with the Lord), Harper, and Collins.

Jess loves being a husband, dad, and pastor. When he’s able to squeeze in some time between these three things, you’ll find Jess working on Rainer Publishing, a small publishing company that he started with his brothers. If it’s a Saturday in the fall, Jess will be cheering on the Crimson Tide. And at some point in the year, you can find Jess on a Florida beach or snow skiing down the closest mountain.
