Weekly Update September 7th: Membership Class, Baptism Sunday & Community Groups

Fall may not officially be here, but it's sure starting to feel like it! And there are some fun things coming this fall at The Church at Spring Hill. Here's what's coming up this Sunday:

We're looking to host our next Membership Class this Sunday, September 10th at 12:30pm. If you are interested in attending the class, please sign up here:

This Sunday is Baptism Sunday! Come ready to celebrate what God is doing in the life of people in our church. Come ready to celebrate what it means to belong.

Community Groups are kicking off this Sunday. If you missed this past Sunday's Community Group Expo, but still want to get plugged in, send me an email at . Don't miss the opportunity to thrive in community.

Come expectant this Sunday to worship Christ and hear from His Word.

Jess Rainer

Jess Rainer is the Lead Pastor for The Church at Spring Hill. He has previously served on staff for three churches, two of which were new churches. He is also the co-author of the book, The Millennials. Jess received a B.S. in Finance from Murray State University and an M.A. in Christian Education from Southeastern Seminary. Jess is married to Rachel and has four children: Canon, Will (now with the Lord), Harper, and Collins.

Jess loves being a husband, dad, and pastor. When he’s able to squeeze in some time between these three things, you’ll find Jess working on Rainer Publishing, a small publishing company that he started with his brothers. If it’s a Saturday in the fall, Jess will be cheering on the Crimson Tide. And at some point in the year, you can find Jess on a Florida beach or snow skiing down the closest mountain.
